Please read the following information below before booking! When you book you are accepting these terms below. (For classes & business mentoring opportunities inquire through the contact tab) COVID-19 & OTHER ILLNESS ♡ MASK OPTIONAL ♡ NO EXTRA GUEST ♡ IF YOU ARE SICK, HAVING SYMPTOMS OR HAVE BEEN AROUND SOMEONE WITH THEM PLEASE RESCHEDULE ♡IF YOU ARE A COLD CLIENT BRING YOUR OWN SWEATER/BLANKET BOOKING -After booking (FOR NEW CLIENTS) a deposit must be sent to confirm and hold your spot. No deposit = No appointment ♡ $25 non refundable reservation fee for ALL appointments (waxing excluded). Payments must be made seperate from booking, the site DOES NOT automatically take a deposit out. This goes towards your appointment. - 10 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD. After the 10 minutes you will be charged a $15 late charge. After 15 minutes appointment will be automatically cancelled and need to be rescheduled. Your booking fee will be void at that point and another will need to be made for your next appointment. ♡ If you are late you accept the appointment will only last your amounted time slot with no accommodation to go over your time to make it up. Full amount will still be charged. And lastly the work may not be 100%. -RESCHEDULING IF you must reschedule you must do so within 24 hours before your appointment. Any other time (including same day cancallations) reservation fee will be voided and another will need to be made to book. If you rescheduled due to Covid, other illness, or emergency reservation fee will be moved maximum 1 rescheduling. - NO SHOW= voided fee & banned from booking. Full price will also be charged for missed service. PAYMENT OPTIONS (Can also be used for deposits) - Cash - Venmo @Cibeautie - Cashapp $Cibeautie - Zelle 925-206-8702 - Apple Pay (Card available w/ Processing Fee) BEFORE LASH APPOINTMENTS - Please come free of makeup/oils & washed clean lashes before your lash appointment (book lash bath if not) -No caffeine at least 4 hours before BEFORE PMU APPOINTMENTS MUST NOT HAVE ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CONTRADICTIONS -Currently sick w/ cold, flu, sinus infections, ect. -Skin irritations: sunburn, rash, Eczema, shingles, severe acne, or psoriasis near the treated area -Pregnant or Nursing -Under 18 -Had botox within 3 weeks from appt -Used Accutane in the past year -Diabetes -Epilepsy -Undergoing chemo -Prone to Keloid scarring -Pacemaker or major heart problems -Had an organ transplant -Viral infections or diseases -Transmittable blood disease, HIV or Hepatitis (Please contact me prior to booking) -Scars on the brow area: scar tissue is unpredictable. It may or may not retain pigment (Keep in mind -females- you may also be more sensitive during or around your menstrual time) PRE-CARE: -1 month before: avoid harsh skin treatments, exfoliants, tweezing, waxing, and electrolysis -2 weeks before: avoid botox, retinol, and any facial fillers -24hrs before: avoid ALL medicinal blood thinners including asprin and ibuprofen -Day of: avoid blood thinners, caffeine, including coffee/tea/boba/soda/smoking/alcohol FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN INCREASED BLEEDING WHICH WILL AFFECT PIGMENT RETENTION AND RESULT IM MORE TRAUMA TO THE SKIN. **I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DIAGNOSING CONDITIONS & NOT LIABLE FOR ANY ALLERGIES OR CONTRADICTION UNKOWN TO MY KNOWLEDGE** ** ALL SERVICES, PRODUCTS & FEES ARE FINAL** *** I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE *** !! Cancellation Policy
24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY.
-Reservation Fee is nonrefundable unless appointment is cancelled within 48 hours, and non-transferrable after the 24 hours.
-Cards are required to be on file but are NOT automatically charged.
-Rescheduling or cancelling the day of your appointment will result in a penalty fee of 50% the appointment cost.
-If an any appointment is cancelled twice consecutively, or a no show, you will be banned from booking.
-No shows will be charged the full amount of the service.
